KYC & Verification

Submit your PAN, Aadhaar, GST certificate, incorporation docs, and bank details. We conduct thorough verification, risk rating, and PEP/blacklist checks.

STEP 05

Engagement Letter

Sign the formal engagement letter that outlines mutual responsibilities, scope of services, confidentiality, and terms of engagement.

STEP 06

Client Creation

We set up your profile in our system — assigning a unique Client ID, financial year, filing frequency, and linking all relevant records.

STEP 07

Portal & Access Setup

Get access to the client portal. We collect your GST, Income Tax, and other portal credentials to manage filings on your behalf.

Compliance Calendar

We build a comprehensive compliance calendar with all your due dates — GST returns, TDS deposits, advance tax, audit deadlines, and more.

STEP 09

Initial Review

Our team reviews your existing books, past returns, and pending compliances. We identify gaps and prepare a remediation plan if needed.

STEP 10

Service Delivery
